What to Expect at Maroc Hamam Spa

When you arrive at Maroc Hamam Spa, you will be warmly welcomed by our front desk team. You will be shown to our relaxation lounge where you can complete your intake forms and settle in before your appointment. All treatments are performed by certified female therapists in private rooms. You will be provided with a robe, towels, and everything you need for your service. After your treatment, you are welcome to stay in our lounge and enjoy complimentary Moroccan tea and Baklava before heading out. There is no rush.

Before You Arrive - How to Prepare

To make the most of your visit, here are a few things to keep in mind depending on your service.

For hammam and body scrub services: Avoid applying body lotion or oils on the day of your appointment as this can reduce the effectiveness of the exfoliation. Wear or bring comfortable, loose clothing. Shower before your appointment if possible.

For massages: Arrive with clean skin and avoid heavy meals for at least an hour before your session. Let your therapist know about any injuries, areas of tension, or pressure preferences before you begin.

For facials: Avoid exfoliating or using retinol products 48 hours before your facial. Come with a clean face if possible. Inform your therapist of any skin allergies or sensitivities.

For waxing: Hair should be at least a quarter inch long, roughly 2 to 3 weeks of growth after shaving. Avoid sun exposure and exfoliation 24 hours before your appointment. Do not apply lotions or oils to the area on the day of your service.

For laser hair removal: Shave the treatment area 24 to 48 hours before your appointment. Avoid waxing or plucking for 6 weeks before your session. Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 weeks before treatment.

Spa Etiquette at Maroc Hamam Spa

To ensure every guest has a peaceful and enjoyable experience, we ask all visitors to observe the following guidelines. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any forms and settle in. Please silence your phone on arrival. Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or fragrances as some clients may have sensitivities. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next client's appointment.

Yes. Maroc Hamam Spa is exclusively for women. All treatments are performed by certified female therapists in private rooms. There are no male clients or staff.

Do I need to book in advance?

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable, loose clothing that is easy to change out of. For hammam and body scrub services, you will be provided with everything you need including towels and a robe.

How long will my appointment take?

Service durations vary. Most massages and facials are 50 to 90 minutes. Hammam treatments are 50 to 90 minutes. Packages can be 2 to 3 hours. Please allow extra time before and after your treatment to relax in our lounge.

Is there parking available?

Yes. We are located in a shopping center at 2552 Stonebrook Pkwy, Suite 730, Frisco, TX 75034 with free parking available in the lot.

What is included in my visit?

All visits include access to our relaxation lounge and complimentary Moroccan tea and Baklava after your treatment. Robes and towels are provided for body treatments.

Can I bring a child?

Children may accompany you under certain conditions. Please complete the Child Waiver Form before your visit and contact us in advance to discuss arrangements.
